REFUND POLICY

Customers must request refunds in writing prior to accessing content, or utilizing any of the workbooks, downloading presentations, or using up any consulting time with trainers, or affiliates of the company. Customers understand that all user access is monitored and will not be entitled to any refunds once the content, training, or consulting has taken place. The company has the sole desecration to issue any refund to customer if the customer has utilized any of the materials, documents, consulting, time and content. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any customer may cancel their subscription at any time in writing. The customer must request cancellation PRIOR to a billing period once a billing period has started the customer has agreed to that months subscription payment. Any cancellation requested after the billing period will comments automatically at the next billing cycle.
